Performance characteristics
1. Suitable for on-site online detection, it can monitor the oil particle contamination level of various hydraulic and lubrication systems in real time.
2. Adopting the principle of light blocking method, it has the advantages of fast detection speed, strong anti-interference ability, high accuracy, and good repeatability;
3. High precision sensors ensure high-resolution force and accuracy;
4. Precision measurement sampling system, achieving constant sampling speed and precise control of sampling volume.
5. Built in particle pollution level standards such as NAS1638, ISO4406, GJB420A, GJB420A, ROCT17216, etc., and can be customized according to user requirements.
6. It can simultaneously store three calibration curves (ACFTD calibration curve, ISOMTD calibration curve, GOST calibration curve) and can be easily switched to reduce conversion errors.
7. Equipped with a built-in printer, it can directly print out inspection reports.
RS232 or RS485 can be connected to an external computer to complete the transmission, storage, and processing of detection data.
